Movement Instructor, GOODBODYFEEL
Jo Gale is a Movement Instructor living in Hamilton Ontario who believes in giving people the freedom to feel good in their bodies. Since 2013, she has accumulated over 600hrs in training in both Yoga and the Pilates modalities. Recently Jo has shifted the focus of her work from strictly teaching group, corporate, and private movement classes, to workshop offerings as well.
In 2019 she was co-facilitator of the Nourish & Flow workshop with Fran Allen CNP, a workshop aimed at starting conversation about diet culture in the wellness industry, and the tools we can use to both move and nourish ourselves intuitively. She also started offering a workshop aimed at creating a community individuals living in larger/plus size/fat bodies called BE ABUNDANT. BE ABUNDANT is co-facilitated by Katie McKrindle of “Take Up Space Forever”.
Currently, Jo offers classes at GOODBODYFEEL in downtown Hamilton, a studio dedicated to creating inclusive space for movement and fitness. She is currently a student of Dianne Bondy and Amber Karnes ‘Yoga For All” online training.
